Conference Proceedings

Papers accepted by CST2025 will be published as a proceeding after peer-reviewed.

Indexing Service: Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. Indexing services are independent organizations and the publisher can not guarantee that any particular abstract or index entry will be included in Ei Compendex or any other indexing service.

Each paper will be double-blindly reviewed by at least two reviewers; this is an requirement is a “Refereed Conference”. Please adhere to this requirement when you prepare for your paper. Double-blindly means that the author of a paper does not know the reviewers of his/her paper and reviewers do not know the authors of the papers they reviewed.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

No Show Policy: An author or a proxy attending CST2025 must present the articles and posters. This is a requirement for all accepted articles, posters, and invited related submissions to be included in the CST2025 proceeding. No-show of scheduled research abstracts and articles will result in excluding them from the EI database and proceeding.

Copyright Policy

Papers should not include libelous or defamatory content. Material presented in Papers should not violate any copyright laws. If figures/graphics/images have been taken from sources not copyrighted by the author, it is the author’s sole responsibility to secure the rights from the copyright holder in writing to reproduce those figures/graphics/images for both worldwide print and web publication. All reproduction costs charged by the copyright holder must be borne by the author

Plagiarism

CST2025 regard plagiarism as serious professional misconduct. All Papers are screened for plagiarism and when identified, the Papers and any other Papers submitted by the same author will be rejected. In addition, the submitting author’s profile and scholarship application, in the case one has been submitted, will also be cancelled.

Statement

In recent years, many newspapers and magazines have disclosed phenomena such as plagiarism and multiple submissions, which goes against academic principles. The meeting solemnly declares that any such issues shall be the responsibility of the author.
